We use 100% genuine cow leather – our solid leathers are imported from Italy, and embossed leathers are made in Seoul, South Korea.
Our products are handcrafted with top-grade materials by highly skilled craftsmen, and will last a long time with good care. In general, avoid contact with alcohol, water, grease, and abrasive materials. Also avoid contact with dark fabrics that might have loose dye that could transfer and stain the product. When storing handbags, put stuffing inside and keep in the dustbag provided – this will help the product from getting dusty and keep it in its original form. South Korea has a long history of producing high-quality leather goods for global brands. The owner and master craftsman has decades of experience working with leather goods -- He is the key personnel who perfects our samples and oversees production of each bag.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use usps for domestic orders, and dhl express for international. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
All orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to custom duties upon receipt. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

We accept a full-priced return if mailed within 10 business days of delivery receipt. The item must be returned unused, unworn, free of any damage, and in original packaging with the tag. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for one exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are final.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item has defects. Please make sure you have the tracking number of the return as the return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for lost or damaged return.
