Return Policy

Please email support@imago-a.com to initiate a return with an order number.

We accept a full-priced return if mailed within 15 business days of delivery receipt. The item must be returned unused, unworn, free of any damage or odor, and in original packaging with the tag. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for one exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are final.

The cost of return shipping is responsibility of the customer unless the item has defects. Please make sure to have the tracking number of the return as the return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for lost or damaged return.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in IMAGO-A’s sole discretion. 

If all conditions are met and a refund is requested, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, items will be shipped back to customer with an explanation.
